Family Yoga

For approximately ages 5-8 and their families (other ages will be accepted too), these classes are focused more on the physical asana practice of yoga as well as an introduction to meditation, mindfulness and the ability to release stress and tension while having fun! The three-part series (2 classes per part) will have themes of beginning, middle and end. Beginning-starting anew, opening up, hello. Middle- the ups and downs, the mess, the journey. End- finishing up, saying goodbye, cleaning up, letting go, and allowing yourself to move on.
$150 for the 6-week series or $35 drop in.
